Within 24-48 hours of us receiving the MLS input form and at least one picture of your home.
Should I host an Open House?
If you have the time, you can definitely host an Open House. Know that Open Houses are not as popular as they were a decade ago. Nevertheless, we provide you with an Open House kit for your convenience.
Why wouldn’t you host an Open House?
As mentioned, Open Houses are not as popular as they once were. Our reduced commission packages, along with the comprehensive services we provide and cover upfront, do not typically include hosting Open Houses. Our innovative approach to promoting listings has proven to be much more efficient. That being said, if you would still like to hold an Open House, we can arrange one for an additional.

Is my payment information secured when prompted to purchase my package?
Yes! Our platform uses Stripe for payments. Stripe uses SPS (secure payment system) which is a specialized infrastructure that ensures the safe processing and transmission of financial transactions, particularly in digital spaces.
