As mentioned, Open Houses are not as popular as they once were. Our reduced commission packages, along with the comprehensive services we provide and cover upfront, do not typically include hosting Open Houses. Our innovative approach to promoting listings has proven to be much more efficient. That being said, if you would still like to hold an Open House, we can arrange one for an additional.

Staging a home could get pricy, but it is worth every penny. Filling up empty spaces helps potential buyers visualize how they could use the space. A staging package for up to 45 days is included in our WHITE GLOVE package (where available) with no upfront cost to you. This is a GREAT DEAL!
